A. This means that if you order your part by the part number we may send a different part number but it will be 100% compatible. We may ship a screen by a different manufacturer.

Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from LCD Kings and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality, except the price you pay with LCD Kings is lower!

Q. Can I collect the item?
A. Yes, you can collect the item directly from our warehouse located in shen zhen china.

Q. I am a trader do you offer trade prices?

Q. Are the screens difficult to fit?

A. The best way is to remove the screen before purchase. The part number will be on the back of the screen. Search our shop for that part number or email us and we will be happy to tell you.

Q. I can’t find the screen that I require in your listings?
A. We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we should have it in stock. If on the rare occasion we don’t, we will do our best find it for you.

Q. What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
A. we will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported to us on delivery (within 24 hrs of receipt). We cannot except any claims outside of this time frame sorry. PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS ON DELIVERY!!!!

Q. I’ve heard that there are some problems with Dell screens not working?
A. Dell screens are different to normal panels. DO NOT order your Dell screen by part number. Even the exact part number will normally not work. Search our shop for your laptop model and purchase that way. This way we can be sure to send you a fully compatible Dell screen. If your not sure please email us for help.

Q. I have ordered the part but no longer need it.
A. You can return the part within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Return Policy

* All items can be returned within 7 days after receiving the package for refund (via PayPal), if the package is not opened. Buyer needs to be responsible for two-way shipping fee.

* All returned products must be in original condition, any used item will not be eligible for refund and exchange.

* The 20% re-stocking fee of original item cost will be applied for all non-defective, screen not used, screen not need, and wrong screen, order return or exchange.

* A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Without RMA number the return will not be accepted.

* We only accept the original package. Please make sure the item have no man-made damage.
